Shipping and Returns

Shipping times do not include order processing.*

Almost all orders ship within five (5) business days of the date the order is placed, though some items may take longer depending on availability.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, a refund will be processed within 3 days. It may take an additional 2 to 3 business days for the refund to be applied to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return within 35 days from the date of purchase. The shoes must be returned unworn and in the original box. We can either issue a refund or exchange the shoes accordingly. Please download the return form provided on this page and fill it out in its entirety so that we may process your return quickly. Any returns sent without a return form will delay your refund or exchange by 10 business days. Please include this form in the shoe box.
