SHIPPING & RETURNS
Almost all orders ship within three (3) business days of the date the order is placed, through some items may take longer depending on availability. If item is available for pre-order expect item to be shipped when stated under item description.
All orders will be shipped vis Fedex Ground/Home Shipping. If you need 2nd day or next day air, please contact 646-410-0290 for details.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes under any circumstances.
For orders shipped outside the United States, the billing and shipping address must be the same. Shipping will be provided via Fedex. FedEx states that most shipments are delivered within 4-5 business days. However, some shipments may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Please allow time for your package to clear customs. This may take from a couple of days to several weeks. Shipping charges will be added on to the $12.00 standard ship fee pending approval. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for full details.
All sale items are Final Sale and are not returnable for refund. Final Sale items can be exchanged for a different size or different shoe depending on availability.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your full price purchase, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days from the date of purchase. All shoes must be in our possession by the 30th day for a refund to be processed. The shoes must be returned unworn and in the original box. We can either issue a refund or exchange the shoes accordingly. Please download the return form provided on this page and fill it out in its entirety so that we may process your return quickly. Any returns sent without a return form will not be processed. Please include this form in the shoe box. Once we receive a return on full price merchandise, a refund will be processed within 3 days. It may take an additional 2 to 3 business days for the refund to be applied to the original form of payment. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Free Exchanges - We are now offering our valuable French Sole FS/NY customers Free Exchanges! If you would like to make an exchange, please simply fill out the exchange form and email us to receive your pre-paid Fedex label. Please take your package to the nearest FedEx drop off location or contact FedEx directly in order to schedule a home pick up. If you would like to use the FedEx pre-paid label provided by us for a Return, a 15% Re-Stocking fee will be applied to that order
